Commissioners are also requesting a cost projection to build a county-run ambulance service from scratch should negotiations fail.In community news, the statewide "Beds for Every Head" initiative has officially expanded into Wood County. The rapid-response program has delivered its first local placements, partnering with community advocates to distribute free cribs, bassinets, and twin beds to households in need.And driving will be a bit cheaper this morning.
